Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. in Paris is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with existing customers and drive adoption of Lightspeed’s suite of products. This hybrid role is based in Paris and focuses on growing the book of business through strategic upsells and strong customer partnerships.

You will manage client relationships, demonstrate solutions, and guide upgrades, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or a similar role with a sales quota.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
• Professional poise and confidence when communicating with executives.
• Excellent task and time management skills.
• Fluent in French & English.

Responsibilities

• Sell Lightspeed Payments to the existing customer base.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for customers.
• Guide qualifying customers through upgrade paths to advanced platforms.
• Demonstrate Lightspeed solutions from core POS to modules and upgrades.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow the book of business.
• Track key metrics like added MRR and net retention.
