Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Paris to support the Hospitality Sales team with opportunity processing, order reconciliation, and post-sale administrative tasks. You will handle software returns and adjustments while assisting the Paris sales squads with billing and customer inquiries.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication in French and English, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in an administrative function.
• Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field.
• Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack.
• Remarkable communication skills in French and English.
• Team player who collaborates to achieve goals.

Mansioni

• Provide insight and support to Sales team members for opportunity processing.
• Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
• Process hardware shipments.
• Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
• Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.
