Job summary

Matrix42 is expanding a global Customer Success organization to deliver measurable outcomes and growth. You will manage a portfolio of 100–150 named customers, balancing personal engagement with scalable programs to maximize value and renewals.

You will drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Partners to ensure successful renewals and revenue retention across a broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar
• Structured, proactive approach to managing many customers and renewal timelines
• Commercial judgement with evidence of improving outcomes or growth opportunities
• Ability to connect software adoption with business value for decision-makers
• Fluency in English and French

Responsibilities

• Own 100–150 named accounts with renewals and growth focus
• Drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth across portfolio
• Coordinate onboarding handovers with Sales, delivery teams and partners
• Maintain CRM data, improve renewal playbooks and digital touchpoints
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, and Professional Services
