the company is recruiting a Customer Success Manager to join the team and relocate to Belgium, based in Antwerp. You will manage client relationships across onboarding, activation, and growth, collaborating with Delivery, Sales, and Product teams.

The role requires experience in SaaS/digital products, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in French and English, with Dutch as a plus. Hybrid work pattern and potential relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS/digital products.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary reference point for clients throughout lifecycle.
• Own onboarding from contract to go-live and ensure SLA alignment.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and translate requirements to delivery briefs.
• Drive adoption, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide ongoing digital marketing and lead management expertise.
• Track key account metrics and report performance.
