MotorK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Success team. The role will be based in Antwerp with relocation to Belgium.

You will own the onboarding journey from contract signature to go-live, ensure product activation aligns with the dealer's digital strategy, and drive adoption while managing upsell opportunities. You will liaise with Delivery, Sales and Product teams, maintain client relationships, and report on KPIs like NPS and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS or digital products.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer onboarding journey from contract to go-live and ensure activation aligns with the dealer's digital strategy and SLA.
• Serve as the primary reference for clients throughout their lifecycle and manage cross-functional delivery.
