MotorK, a leading automotive SaaS company, seeks a Customer Success Manager for its Paris office. You will own onboarding, manage accounts, and drive adoption across the customer lifecycle, liaising with Delivery, Sales and Product teams.

Ideal candidates bring experience in SaaS or digital products, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in French and English. The role is permanent, full-time, hybrid with occasional country travel, and offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success or SaaS.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and B2B automotive context preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the onboarding journey from contract to go-live.
• Act as primary reference for clients throughout lifecycle.
• Drive adoption, prevent churn, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales and Product teams and report key metrics.
