Dust's Customer Success team is seeking a Senior CSM to manage the full customer journey from kickoff through adoption and growth. This GenAI-native role focuses on shaping CS practice, partnering with stakeholders, and driving measurable value. Office-first culture in Paris with flexible work options.

You will own complex accounts, collaborate across teams, and contribute to scalable playbooks and processes that elevate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Customer Success roles with SaaS focus.
• Ability to build and manage C-level relationships.
• Proven impact deploying digital adoption strategies for complex products (AI a plus).
• Experience guiding long adoption journeys (6–9 months) with executive alignment.
• Develop deep product knowledge and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent English and French communication, both written and spoken.

• Lead and optimize the full customer lifecycle for your portfolio of Key & Strategic accounts, driving engagement and expansion.
• Drive organizational AI transformation as a change management partner with executive stakeholders.
• Drive value realization through Enterprise Business Reviews and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes with cross-functional teams.
• Share customer feedback to shape product development and roadmap priorities.
• Help design scalable CS playbooks, executive programs, and health frameworks.
