• Own your customer portfolio end-to-end: answer questions, monitor relationship health, drive product adoption, manage renewals, pursue upsell, and prevent churn.
• Become the expert on your customers’ businesses and usage of the product.
• Use AI tools to create leverage and spend 60%+ time on proactive activities.
• Translate customer problems into product requirements and ship solutions with engineers.
• Drive feature adoption across the portfolio and build an adoption playbook.
• Make customers wildly successful and support retention and expansion.
• Build playbooks that shape team operations with frontline experience.
