Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Paris is seeking a Strategic Development Manager to lead growth and manage relationships with our largest enterprise accounts in the EMEA region. You will execute MEDDPICC-based, multi-stakeholder sales processes and drive long-term account plans to maximize revenue while reducing risk and ensuring customer success.

You will collaborate with product and solution teams, lead discovery workshops, and own targets with strong forecasting and reporting to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or enterprise solution sales.
• Deep expertise in the MEDDPICC framework to drive qualification and deal advancement.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a high-stakes, enterprise software environment.
• Strong understanding of financial crime, AML, fraud risk, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and relationship management across our largest and most complex accounts in EMEA.
• Execute multi-stakeholder sales processes—often to C-suite buyers.
• Own sales targets and pipeline forecasting with data-driven reporting.
• Design and implement strategic account plans for long-term growth.
• Lead discovery and solution workshops with client stakeholders and map solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with product, solution consulting, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
