Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative fluent in Spanish to drive new business for the Iberian market from an office just south of Paris. The role requires collaboration with Sales and Marketing, CRM proficiency with Salesforce, and strong prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building skills in French, English, and Spanish.

You will generate opportunities, manage inbound and outbound activity, design campaigns with Marketing, and help host Axis events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience and knowledge in IT, ideally security industry.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CRM experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Hunter, sales-driven profile with proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Spanish; good level of French and English.
• Portuguese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture new opportunities for Axis and partners—seed conversations and opportunities.
• Handle inbound leads, make cold calls, and connect with unassigned partners and end customers to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and run campaigns that capture attention and drive quality leads.
• Promote events and training, encouraging attendance for Axis Academy sessions, webinars, and marketing initiatives—potentially hosting webinars.
• Engage with potential partners and end customers, build trust, and create lasting relationships that drive success.
• Use Salesforce and Sales Navigator to stay organized, track interactions, and manage the pipeline for accurate forecasts.
• Keep data sharp and up to date to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
