Checkout.com is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Paris or Barcelona. You will support the commercial team, map merchant requirements to our APIs, run demos, and lead technical discussions across the EEA with a focus on Southern Europe, driving deals through the entire sales lifecycle.

The role requires 1–3 years in a technical client-facing role, strong communication in English and Spanish, and hands-on experience with API integrations and front-end/back-end tech.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a technical client-facing role or similar
• Strong commercial focus and proactive approach
• Clear written and verbal English and Spanish, able to communicate to technical and business stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Support the commercial team to position Checkout.com's products and help win deals
• Understand merchant requirements and map to APIs and products, create solution designs
• Run demos, build payment flows, create POCs and presentations
• Lead technical interactions with merchants from chats to workshops until deal closure
• Support RFP/RFI responses and provide merchant feedback for product improvements
