Role Overview

Our is seeking an experienced and highly capable Business Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. The CEO is a senior, highly engaged executive with significant business interests in Colombia, and the role requires a proactive, discreet, and organised EA who can operate confidently in an international environment.

The position is based in Monaco, where the CEO’s primary residence is, with flexibility to work remotely when the CEO is travelling. The successful candidate will also be required to travel internationally, including accompanying the CEO to Colombia several times per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive international diary and calendar management
  • Complex travel coordination and logistics planning (multi-country, time-zone sensitive)
  • Managing expenses, including processing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders
  • Supporting ad‑hoc business and personal administrative requirements
  • Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and anticipating needs proactively
Candidate Profile
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker (essential)
  • Experience supporting a senior executive or CEO, ideally in an international context
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident managing complex travel and logistics
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable with flexibility and availability as required
  • Willing and able to travel internationally, including Colombia
