Mirakl in Paris is seeking a Customer Success / Onboarding Specialist to guide new Connect customers through end-to-end onboarding, training, and enablement. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science to ensure successful activation and scalable adoption.

The role requires 2+ years in customer success or onboarding, a business-related degree, and fluent English and French. You’ll work in a high-growth environment with a strong emphasis on client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in customer success, customer support, or account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of onboarding or educating customers on a new solution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Guide new Connect customers through end-to-end onboarding — leading sessions, configuring accounts, and troubleshooting blockers in real time to drive platform activation.
• Equip Mirakl Platform clients to onboard their own sellers via training, documentation, and enablement resources including webinars and live walkthroughs.
• Develop deep expertise in Catalog Transformer and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues.
• Track onboarding progress across your customer portfolio, maintain records, and provide feedback to improve onboarding flows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI to align on technical setup and reflect latest capabilities.
