Job summary

Mirakl is seeking an International Customer Success professional to guide B2B and B2C clients in marketplace strategy, optimization, and growth. Based in Paris with a global client portfolio, you will lead advisory workshops, perform data-driven reviews, and collaborate across Mirakl’s teams.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, shaping go-live plans, driving KPI analysis, and leveraging Mirakl product features to maximize client outcomes. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years' experience in management consulting, a business role in e-commerce or customer success in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders, including C-level
• Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic and functional reference for B2B and B2C clients across project and run phases
• Lead workshops with C-level stakeholders and shape marketplace strategy
• Drive KPI analysis into concrete growth recommendations for marketplace teams and leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business and IT teams to mitigate risks and maximize value
• Embed AI into daily workflows and optimize processes
