Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is hiring for an EMEA Solutions Consulting associate. You will guide new Connect customers through onboarding, deliver enablement resources, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Data Science to ensure successful deployments.

You will develop deep knowledge of Catalog Transformer and support sellers to optimize their catalogs, while tracking onboarding progress and providing feedback to improve flows.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of directly onboarding or educating customers on a new solution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; advanced degree is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Guide new Connect customers through end-to-end onboarding — leading sessions, configuring accounts, and troubleshooting blockers in real time to drive fast and effective platform activation
• Equip Mirakl Platform clients to independently onboard their own sellers by providing training, clear documentation, and scalable enablement resources including webinars and live walkthroughs
• Develop deep expertise in Catalog Transformer — Mirakl's AI-based catalogue management product — and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues
• Track onboarding progress across your customer portfolio, maintain detailed records, and deliver structured feedback to continuously improve onboarding flows and the seller experience
• Collaborate cross-functional with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams to align on technical setup and ensure guidance reflects latest platform capabilities
