Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Solution Consultant to join the EMEA team in Paris, focusing on onboarding and enablement for Mirakl Connect. You will guide customers through end-to-end onboarding, train clients on best practices, and develop expertise in Catalog Transformer to support catalog troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI to ensure alignment on technical setup and ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, support, or account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience onboarding or educating customers on a new solution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding sessions, configure accounts, and troubleshoot blockers in real time.
• Provide training and scalable enablement resources including webinars and live walkthroughs.
• Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer and assist with catalog troubleshooting.
• Track onboarding progress across your customer portfolio and feed back to improve flows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI to align on setup and insights.
