Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering SRE team. You will ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and resilient at a European scale across infrastructure, observability, and cross-cutting reliability initiatives.

You will work with 170+ applications supporting 520,000 health professionals and 90 million patients. You’ll own end-to-end reliability, drive improvements, and partner with product and engineering teams to enable fast and safe

Qualifications

5+ years in a Site Reliability Engineering role within a large-scale, multi-team production environment.
Hands-on with cloud platforms such as AWS / GCP / Azure.
Strong experience with Kubernetes and deployment/scaling strategies.
Experience working with software teams to design reliable systems.
Hands-on IaC experience, notably Terraform.
Experience managing on-call rotations and incident response.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain infrastructure automation and IaC at scale across 170+ applications.
Lead large-scale reliability initiatives and improve incident detection, response, and postmortems.
Design, build, and improve infrastructure components for reliability and observability.
Define and drive SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards across product teams.
Participate in on-call rotation and reduce noise with actionable telemetry.
Partner with software teams to embed reliability early in development.
