Doctolib is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our SRE team, driving reliability and scalability across Europe. You will act as a technical leader, mentor engineers, and guide cross-cutting initiatives to elevate operational maturity.

Role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, developer experience, and product engineering; you will influence architectural decisions, define SLOs, and contribute to postmortems. Hybrid Paris-based role with opportunities to influence 170+ apps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE/platform engineering in large-scale environments.
• Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes expertise and modern observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives across the platform.
• Define and evolve SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive reliability practices across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Collaborate with software teams to embed reliability early.
