Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the SRE team focused on platform reliability for 170+ applications and a European-scale health-tech platform. You will own reliability across infrastructure, observability, and cross-cutting initiatives, partnering with product and engineering teams for fast, safe delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SRE, strong Kubernetes and IaC automation skills, and experience with on-call incident response.

Qualifications

5+ years in a Site Reliability Engineering role within a large-scale, multi-team environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes operations.
Hands-on with infrastructure as code (Terraform) in production contexts.
Experience managing on-call rotations and incident response.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain infrastructure automation at scale with IaC focused on reliability and developer experience across 170+ applications.
Lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives, improving incident detection, response, and postmortems.
Design and improve infrastructure components to support reliability, scalability, and observability across the platform.
Define SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards across product teams.
Participate in on-call rotations and improve on-call experience with actionable telemetry.
Collaborate with software engineering to embed reliability early in development.
