Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering SRE team. You will ensure the Doctolib platform remains reliable, scalable, and resilient across Europe, supporting hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals and patients daily.

You will build infra automation, lead large-scale reliability initiatives, and partner with product teams to embed reliability early in development. Hybrid work in Paris with strong observability focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SRE in a large-scale production environment.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP or Azure cloud platforms.
• Kubernetes experience and container orchestration expertise.
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform in production contexts.
• Experience defining and operating SLIs/SLOs and budgets.
• On-call rotation management and incident response leadership.
• GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and Helm.
• One or more scripting languages for automation.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation and IaC at scale.
• Lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives and improve incident response.
• Design and improve infrastructure components for reliability and observability.
• Define and drive SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve incident telemetry.
• Collaborate with software teams early in the development lifecycle.
