Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Core Reliability & Observability team in Platform Engineering. You will shape the observability strategy and ensure our platform remains reliable, debuggable, and scalable for a European user base, supporting 400,000 health professionals and 80 million patients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience as SRE/Platform engineer.
• Proven cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong containerization/orchestration knowledge (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with Helm for Kubernetes manifests and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
• Deep expertise in observability tooling and architecture (logs, metrics, tracing).
• Solid programming skills (Ruby, Python, Go, Java).
• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the observability strategy across the platform, building scalable, developer-friendly logging and tracing capabilities.
• Drive large-scale reliability initiatives, including incident detection, response, and postmortem analysis improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve alerting to reduce noise and provide actionable telemetry.
