Job summary

Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an SRE team responsible for platform reliability and observability at European scale. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical depth across infrastructure, observability, and reliability initiatives to support hundreds of thousands of health professionals and patients.

You will shape the SRE culture, own incident response, drive SLOs and error budgets, and collaborate with product teams to enable fast, safe delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software engineering or SRE.
• Minimum 3+ years in engineering management.
• Strong observability tooling knowledge (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of SREs and drive career progression.
• Define and evolve reliability and observability strategy across the platform.
• Own on-call and incident response with continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.
