Doctolib in Paris seeks a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead reliability and scalability across a European platform, guiding infrastructure, observability, and cross-cutting reliability initiatives. You will mentor engineers and drive standards across 170+ applications, supporting tens of millions of users daily.

This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, developer experience, and product engineering, requiring strong SRE expertise and collaboration with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure experience in a large-scale multi-team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong containerization and orchestration knowledge (Kubernetes).
• Experience defining and operating SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets in production.
• Experience managing on-call rotations and incident response.
• Fluent in at least one backend language (Go, Python, Ruby).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale reliability initiatives across the platform, including infrastructure automation, observability, and incident management.
• Improve incident detection, response, and postmortem processes.
• Define and evolve SLOs, error budgets, and alert standards for multiple product teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve on-call experience with actionable telemetry.
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate reliability engineering practices across the company.
• Provide technical guidance to leadership and partake in architectural reviews.
• Partner with software teams to embed reliability early in development.
