Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our SRE team focused on platform reliability across Europe. You will own reliability initiatives, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help scale a 170+ application footprint supporting 520,000 health professionals and 90 million patients.

You will drive infrastructure reliability, work with cloud services, and contribute to fast, safe delivery while mentoring teammates and shaping best practices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on SRE in a large-scale multi-team production environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes experience and deployment/scaling strategies.
• Ability to work with software engineers to design reliable systems.
• Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform in production contexts.
• Implemented SLIs, SLOs and error budgets in production.
• Experience on-call rotations and incident response leadership.
• Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm).
• Proficient in automation scripting (Python, Go, Ruby...).
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation and IaC at scale for 170+ applications.
• Lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives including incident detection and postmortems.
• Design and improve infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Define and drive SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards across product teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve on-call experience with telemetry.
• Partner with software teams to embed reliability in the development lifecycle.
