Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering SRE team. You will ensure our cloud-native platform remains reliable, scalable, and resilient across Europe for 170+ applications, supporting 520k health professionals and 90M patients.

You'll own reliability standards, lead large-scale initiatives, drive SLOs, and collaborate with product teams to enable fast, safe delivery. Hybrid Paris-based role with cloud-native tech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SRE in a large-scale, multi-team production environment.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience collaborating with software engineering to co-design reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation at scale with IaC and developer experience focus.
• Lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives including incident detection, response, and postmortems.
• Design and improve components supporting reliability, scalability, and observability across the platform.
• Define and drive SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve on-call telemetry.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability early in development lifecycle.
