Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team in Paris. You will own reliability for a large, European-scale platform, building automation, IaC, and cross-team reliability initiatives across 170+ applications and millions of users.

Hybrid work with strong collaboration across product and engineering teams. You'll drive SLOs, on-call improvements, and incident response, while partnering with software teams to embed reliability early in the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in a Site Reliability Engineering role in a large-scale production environment.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience collaborating with software engineering teams to design reliable systems.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience managing on-call rotations and incident response.
• Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Helm).
• Scripting in Python/Go/Ruby for automation.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation and IaC at scale across 170+ applications.
• Lead large-scale reliability initiatives including incident detection, response, and postmortems.
• Design and improve infrastructure components for reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Define and drive SLOs, error budgets, and alerting across product teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve on-call processes with better telemetry.
• Partner with software teams to embed reliability early in development lifecycle.
