Doctolib is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will drive reliability and scalability for our European-scale platform, spanning infrastructure, observability, and incident management.

The role requires 8+ years in SRE or infrastructure, hands-on Kubernetes and cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), strong backend skills, and fluent English; you will mentor engineers and partner with product teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure experience.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong Kubernetes expertise for deployment and scaling.
Experience defining SLOs, error budgets, and alerting.
Experience leading on-call rotations and incident response.
Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
Backend development experience in Go, Python, or Ruby.

Responsabilités

Lead large-scale cross-cutting reliability initiatives across the platform, spanning infrastructure automation, observability, and incident management
Identify and drive improvements to incident detection, response, and postmortem analysis
Define and evolve SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards across multiple product teams
Take part in the on-call rotation, and improve on-call experience with actionable telemetry
Mentor and coach senior engineers, elevating reliability engineering across the company
Influence strategic decisions by providing guidance to leadership and architectural reviews
Partner with software teams to embed reliability early in development
