Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Core Reliability & Observability team in Platform Engineering. You will shape the observability strategy and ensure the platform is reliable, debuggable, and scalable at a European scale, supporting 400,000 health professionals and 80 million patients daily.

You’ll lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives, contribute to on-call improvements, and work with logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on on a large-scale production platform.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes architectures.
• Strong observability tooling and architecture experience (logging, metrics, tracing).

Responsibilities

• Lead the observability strategy for the platform and build scalable logging/tracing capabilities.
• Drive cross-cutting reliability initiatives including incident response and postmortems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve alerting and telemetry to reduce noise.
