Job summary

Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a Site Reliability Engineering team focused on platform reliability and observability. You will grow and guide SREs to ensure a reliable, scalable, and resilient European-scale platform, partnering with product and engineering teams to enable fast, safe delivery.

You will drive technical strategy, manage on-call and incident response, and foster a culture of operational excellence across cross-functional teams, while advancing reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Define and evolve the reliability and observability strategy across the platform.
• Own on-call, incident response, and postmortem improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and architects to align reliability with product needs.
