Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Core Reliability & Observability team in Platform Engineering. You will shape the observability strategy and ensure the platform remains reliable, debuggable, and scalable at a European scale.

You will work on logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting to support 400,000 health professionals and 80 million patients daily. You will lead observability initiatives, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate closely with a tech

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on on a large-scale production platform
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of Helm for Kubernetes and ArgoCD for GitOps
• Deep expertise in observability tooling and architecture (logging, tracing, metrics)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go, Java) and IaC concepts
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Enjoy troubleshooting performance issues in complex environments
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead the observability strategy across the platform with scalable logging and tracing
• Identify and lead large-scale cross-cutting reliability initiatives and postmortem analysis
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve on-call experience with actionable telemetry
