Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a Site Reliability Engineering team responsible for platform reliability, observability, and scalability across Europe. You will drive reliability standards, own critical services, and partner with product and engineering teams to enable fast, safe delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software/SRE and 3+ years in engineering management, with deep knowledge of cloud-native environments, observability tools, and IaC.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of observability tooling and architecture.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and secrets management systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Define and evolve reliability and observability strategy across the platform.
• Own on-call, incident response, and postmortem processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and architects to align reliability with product needs.
