Job summary

Sovos is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own technical opportunities end-to-end for AI-native offerings in Europe. You will configure the platform to match client environments, lead workshops and proofs of concept, and work with Account Executives to close deals.

You will translate technical details into ROI and TCO analyses for executives, bridging architecture discussions with business needs while leveraging AI tools to sharpen qualification and demos.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of technical opportunities in pre-sales for AI-native offerings.
• Lead technical workshops and proofs of concept with clear success criteria.
• Translate technical solutions into ROI and TCO impact for Finance and executives.

Responsibilities

• Carry a quota tied to technical opportunity progression from discovery through close, owning inputs (POC results, integration effort, system fit) that feed the ROI/TCO business case.
• Lead technical workshops and proofs of concept with clear success criteria, partnering with AE to navigate objections and drive opportunities to a decision.
• Configure the platform against a client's real data and workflows before every demo, handling APIs, data governance, security with Engineering/IT.
• Translate technical solutions into ROI, TCO, and operational impact for Finance and executives, moving between architecture and business discussions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve qualification, demo configuration, and business-case development, staying engaged through kickoff and early delivery.
• Help shape qualification criteria, demo approach, and business-case format, feeding customer/market feedback back to Sovos.
