Job summary

UiPath, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Engineer to blend technical expertise and business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish.

You will identify customer pain points and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions that bridge business needs and technical capabilities. You will participate in account strategy, qualify opportunities with the Sales team, and lead end-to-end presales activities including high-value demos, PoVs, and secure on-prem,

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing Presales/Sales Eng role.
• Strong balance of technical, business and sales skills.
• Excellent communication, discovery and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining and automation.
• Knowledge of Business Process Orchestration; UiPath platform a plus.
• Willingness to travel; fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team.
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions.
• Perform tailored demos showing business value.
• Design solutions to fit client needs during the sales process.
• Develop solution architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments of UiPath platform.
• Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities and events.
• Collaborate with Product teams for improvements and roadmap feedback.
• Engage in knowledge sharing within and outside the Presales team.
