Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is hiring Solutions Engineers to build the presales function in France and Southern EMEA. This is a founding role—you’ll shape the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not follow an existing model.

As an SE, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. Travel for discovery and on-site demos is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment.
• Delivers standard demos aligned with discovery points and agenda.
• Applies established solution designs with core ecosystem functions as needed.
• Identifies deal risk and next steps, escalates to AE for action.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, justifying Synthesia’s fit.
• Resourceful and able to network across GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand requirements and environment.
• Deliver demos that illustrate customer problems and Synthesia’s value.
• Address technical objections and integration questions with the broader ecosystem.
• Contribute assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to shape strategy.
• Keep deal status and dependencies communicated to the deal team.
