NiCE Cognigy is seeking a hands-on Manager, PreSales Engineering, AI to lead our Sales Engineering team across three continental European markets, including France. You will engage in strategic deal support, drive market penetration, and build thought leadership as we scale in these regions.

You will lead 5-6 Sales Engineers delivering technical demos, RFP responses, and event support, reporting to the Senior Director, PreSales Engineering, AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software, ideally with contact center or automation
• Proven team leadership with regular 1:1s and people development
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, LLMs, STT and TTS technologies
• Ability to coach a high-performing team and stay current with fast-changing tech

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 5-6 Sales Engineers across multiple markets
• Provide strategic deal support and build market penetration
• Drive lead generation and build a qualified pipeline with marketing and regional sales
• Deliver demos, respond to RFPs, and support events and customer engagements
