Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive presales motion and technical evaluations of our AI video platform. You will run discovery, deliver compelling demos, scope POCs, and shape the technical solution for each engagement, while learning from more senior SEs and contributing to a scalable playbook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to deliver strong, structured product demos aligned to discovery.
• Experience applying standard solution designs and best practices.
• Ability to surface deal risk and communicate next steps clearly to the account team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build relationships with prospects and customers.
• Design and deliver demonstrations that communicate business value and fit.
• Scope POCs, identify technical requirements, and define the technical solution for engagements.
• Create reusable demo assets, templates, and playbooks to scale presales across the GTM org.
