You will lead complex opportunities, prioritize leads by margin and readiness, and develop onboarding and propositions for top clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead complex acquisition opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Prioritise leads using expected transaction margin, conversion potential and merchant readiness.
• Develop tailored onboarding and commercial propositions for higher-value merchants.
• Maintain reliable forecasts, mentor less experienced Account Executives, and ensure a complete handover of newly acquired merchants to the Account Representative team.
