PayPal in Paris is seeking an Account Executive, SMB Outbound to join our small and medium business sales team. You will acquire new merchants— including winback business—from partner platforms, handling a fast-paced, high-volume mix of DBM, partner-generated and AI-supported leads.

You will qualify opportunities, present a clear value proposition, handle objections, and ensure a smooth handover to the Account Representative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Engage and collaborate with the immediate team.
• Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-signed merchants.
• Qualify partner-sourced and AI-qualified leads, prioritising outreach against defined policies and procedures.
• Present standard onboarding and value propositions to merchants operating on partner platforms.
• Handle routine objections, close the right opportunities, and support a smooth path to PayPal acceptance.
• Keep accurate activity, pipeline and next-step records, and hand newly acquired merchants to the Account Representative team with complete context.
