PayPal in Paris is seeking a driven Senior Account Representative to own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of high-value SMB merchants. You will deepen relationships, expand product adoption, and identify opportunities to protect and grow transaction margins.

You’ll use AI-powered insights, develop tailored account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes for PayPal's SMB clients while maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasts, and portfolio

Qualifications

3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

Collaborate internally to influence process quality and efficiency.
Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants.
Own and manage the end-to-end commercial relationship with your merchants, working closely with colleagues across PayPal to drive strong merchant and commercial outcomes.
Develop tailored account plans and commercial strategies for these strategically important merchants.
Use AI-powered tools to identify growth, cross-sell, and risk signals across your portfolio.
Keep pipeline, forecast, and portfolio health reporting accurate, and support less experienced Account Representative colleagues by sharing what works.
Bring together the right internal teams to resolve merchant needs and work through ambiguous issues where no established playbook exists.
