PayPal is seeking a Senior Account Executive, SMB Outbound to join our Small and Medium Business Sales team in Paris. The role focuses on acquiring higher-value, complex new-logo merchants from partner platforms, leading from qualification through close, with longer sales cycles and negotiation, under a balanced hybrid work model.

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales processes and programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive improvements.
• Lead complex acquisition opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Develop tailored onboarding and commercial propositions for higher-value merchants.
• Maintain reliable forecasts, mentor less experienced Account Executives, and ensure a complete handover of newly acquired merchants to the Account Representative team.
