PayPal is seeking an Account Representative to join the Small and Medium Business Sales team in Paris, France. You will own the end-to-end commercial relationships for a portfolio of around 200 SMB merchants and protect transaction margins while driving growth through account management and sales activity.

You will work with a cross-functional PayPal team to identify growth, cross-sell, and risk opportunities using AI-powered tools, maintaining accurate pipeline and portfolio health reports, and

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the commercial relationship with your merchants, working closely with colleagues across PayPal to deliver strong end-to-end outcomes.
• Use AI-powered tools to spot growth, cross-sell, and risk opportunities across your book.
• Keep pipeline, forecast, and portfolio health reporting accurate, and share effective practices with fellow Account Representative colleagues.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve merchant needs, and decide the right action when standard process isn't enough.
