PayPal in Paris is seeking a Senior Account Executive, SMB Outbound to own the acquisition of higher-value, complex new-logo merchants—from first qualification through to close—across partner platforms.

You’ll navigate longer sales cycles, conduct robust negotiations, and take end-to-end ownership, including accurate forecasting and a smooth handover to the Account Representative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex acquisition opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Prioritise leads using expected transaction margin, conversion potential and merchant readiness.
• Develop tailored onboarding and commercial propositions for higher-value merchants.
• Maintain reliable forecasts, mentor less experienced Account Executives, and ensure a complete handover to the Account Representative team.
