Job summary

Doctolib in Paris seeks a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead platform reliability across 170+ applications and help scale services for 520,000 health professionals and 90 million patients. You will shape observability, incident response, and reliability maturity across infrastructure, developer experience, and product engineering.

You will mentor engineers, set SLOs, participate in architectural reviews, and partner with feature teams to improve production readiness.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in SRE/platform engineering or infrastructure in a large multi‑team production environment.
Experience with SLOs, error budgets, incident response, and postmortems in production.
Fluency in English and ability to mentor engineers across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale cross‑cutting reliability initiatives across the platform (infrastructure automation, observability, incident management).
Define and evolve SLOs, error budgets, and alerting standards across multiple product teams.
Mentor senior engineers and participate in on‑call rotations to improve reliability.
Collaborate with software teams to embed reliability early in the development lifecycle.
