Brevo is seeking a senior Sales Operations professional to partner with the Head of Revenue Operations and accelerate our GTM engine. You will own dashboards, forecasting, territory design, and CRM hygiene, turning data into strategic decisions.

This role blends analytical depth with hands-on ownership, enabling you to influence multi-BU sales motions, commission design, and AI-driven insights across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, BI, Data Analytics or Consulting, mostly in B2B SaaS.
• Strong SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Omni or similar).
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), including data quality and workflow.
• Track record owning forecasting, territory/quota design, and pipeline analysis.
• Fluent English.
• Hands-on keyboard with data storytelling for execs.

Responsabilités

• Analytics & reporting: Build and automate dashboards; surface trends for leadership.
• Forecasting & pipeline: Own forecast cadence; support MPR/QBR reporting to executives.
• Planning & territory design: Drive quota-setting, territory analysis, headcount modeling.
• Data quality & systems: Own CRM hygiene; manage sales tech stack integration.
• Strategic projects: Support GTM strategy, ICP work, and AI-powered insights.
