Jobtailor in Paris is seeking an experienced Sales Operations leader to harmonize the European sales process, align with global RevOps rhythms, and ensure CRM data integrity across the region.

The role demands 6–8 years in Sales Operations or GTM Strategy, with strong Salesforce expertise and fluency in English (French a plus). You will design dashboards, forecast models, and coordinate cross-functional sales initiatives.

Competenze

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
• Advanced Salesforce experience — including reporting, pipeline management, workflow rules, and data governance.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce consistent sales process standards across European territories
• Lead the European cadence of pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls in alignment with global RevOps rhythms

• Act as the primary European owner of CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) data integrity

Requirements

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy
• Proven track record operating in a high-growth environment — experience in SaaS, Mobility, Fintech, or Marketplace strongly preferred
• Advanced Salesforce experience — including reporting, pipeline management, workflow rules, and data governance
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
