Brevo is seeking a Senior Sales Operations professional to empower the GTM engine. You will turn raw data into decisions, owning dashboards, forecasts, and system design to support a fast-moving, multi-BU sales organization.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations to drive quota design, territory optimization, and strategic initiatives while leveraging AI to speed up insights and improve data quality. This role combines analyst rigor with hands-on ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, BI, Data Analytics or Consulting in B2B SaaS.
• Strong SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) incl data quality.
• Track record owning forecasting and territory/quota design.
• Fluent English.
• Hands-on keyboard with AI fluency.
• Empathetic to sellers; able to translate data to exec narratives.

• Forecasting & pipeline: own cadence and leadership reporting.
• Planning & territory design: quota-setting & headcount modeling.
• Data quality & systems: CRM hygiene; manage sales tech stack.
