Alan is hiring for a Senior Revenue Operations role across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will join the Sales Effectiveness team and drive end-to-end initiatives, partnering with Sales, Product and Finance to optimize CAC and ROI.

You’ll use Salesforce, SQL, and low-code tools to automate workflows, with an emphasis on field insights and change management. English proficiency required and relocation to suitable French cities is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops/Sales Effectiveness with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong ownership and project management skills.
• Builder mindset and hands-on approach.
• Change management experience including training and adoption.
• Able to write and own SQL queries.
• Experience with low-code tools and integrations (Zapier, Make, Clay).
• Configured Salesforce yourself.
• Ability to build pipelines with clear business impact.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.

Responsabilités

• Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end across the sales org.
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate new tools, run tests, and roll out what works.
• Work with low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI, Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase.
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate.
