Alan is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations professional to join the Sales Effectiveness team across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will own end-to-end initiatives, from strategy to execution, improving sales efficiency and CAC metrics.

You will work with a modern stack—low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase—building scalable workflows, automations, and training programs to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership and project management skills.
• Builder mindset with hands-on approach.
• Comfort with change management including shadowing, training, adoption, iteration.
• Proficient in writing and owning SQL queries (joins, basic data modeling).
• Experience with low-code tools and integrations to build scalable workflows.
• Configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and understand what was built vs. what an integrator did.

Responsabilités

• Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end, setting roadmap, design, build, measure, and adoption.
• Spot gaps in the sales process and design smarter workflows eliminating steps.
• Evaluate new tools, run tests, and roll out successful solutions.
• Work with low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase for scalable workflows.
• Shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
