Retarus seeks a Senior Product Consultant to act as a technical sparring partner for account managers and to translate complex customer requirements into valuable solutions. You will plan client meetings, lead workshops, and present demonstrations to position our products effectively.

You will provide in-depth technical expertise during bids, develop cost estimates, and share market insights with the product team to shape offerings and win new business.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or a degree in (business) information technology or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales, presales, IT consulting, or IT support.
• Extensive experience and technical knowledge in EDI, IDP, business process automation, or a comparable field.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• High degree of initiative, team spirit, and a structured approach to work.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• As a technical sparring partner for our account managers, you’ll support the entire sales cycle and translate complex customer requirements into smart solutions that deliver real added value.
• You’ll support the sales team with in-depth technical expertise and ensure our products are optimally positioned in the market.
• You will plan and lead client meetings, workshops, and product demos, and represent Retarus at industry events and trade shows.
• You will respond to technical and proposal-related inquiries from the sales team, particularly in the context of requests for proposals (RFPs).
• You will develop precise solution concepts and cost estimates, enabling us to provide tailored, compelling proposals for our customers.
• You will identify market and industry trends through interactions with customers, the sales team, and the community, and actively share these insights with the product team.
