360Learning is looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Paris. You will be responsible for scoping and delivering custom technical projects, collaborating with clients, sales, and development teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in technical roles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of APIs. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles with customer-facing background.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Scope custom technical and consulting projects for clients.
• Coordinate with Technical Services team on project delivery.
• Support and manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Design and manage custom solutions on the 360Learning platform.
• Facilitate integrations and provide technical guidance.

Connaissances

Technical partnerships and integrations experience

Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations

Strong technical skills (Java, Python, Ruby)

Knowledge of SaaS platforms and web technologies

Project scoping and designing technical solutions

Problem-solving skills

Adaptability in communication

Organized and analytical work style

Independent and team collaboration skills

Agile or Scrum project management experience
